Yes — every custom sign we create is designed around your wedding, not pulled from a template library. You bring the Pinterest board, the color palette, the fonts you keep saving, and we design your signage from scratch to match your vision (and if you’d rather rent a beautiful ready-made piece to save on budget, that option exists too — but you never have to choose from pre-designed templates).

Custom vs. template vs. rental: what’s the difference?

It helps to think of your signage options in three lanes:

• Fully custom design. We start with your inspiration — screenshots, your invitation suite, your florals, even a photo of your pet — and design your welcome sign, seating chart, bar signs, menus, and place cards to match. Your names, your wording, your fonts, your colors. Nothing is locked to a template.
• Rental signage. We keep a collection of beautiful signage and decor pieces available as rentals, individually or through our Foundation, Elevated, and Full Story packages. Rentals are a smart way to get an elevated look without buying pieces you’ll only use once — and without ending up with a garage full of decor afterward. Rental pieces stay within Arizona.
• A blend of both. Many couples rent the larger statement pieces and go custom on the personal ones — the welcome sign with your names, the keepsake fabric sign, the personalized bar sign featuring your signature drinks.

There’s no wrong answer here. The right mix depends on your budget, your timeline, and which pieces you want to keep forever.

What can actually be customized?

More than most couples expect. Custom design isn’t just “swap the names on a layout” — it reaches into materials, texture, and technique:

• Materials. UV-printed acrylic is thick and durable — a real quality difference you can feel — and it comes in clear, frosted, colored, opaque, and pearlized finishes, plus solid opaque (painted solid in color). We also design on wood, mirror, and fabric. Fabric and ribbon are especially lovely for welcome signs and bar signs, and linen and lace signs make gorgeous keepsakes you’ll actually want to display at home afterward.
• Texture. Raised-texture UV printing brings detail to life — the fur on a couple’s pet, the salt rim on a margarita, the orange-rind garnish on a cocktail. If your signature drink sign should look as good as the drink tastes, this is how.
• Personalized goods beyond signs. Menus, programs, program fans, name and place cards, acrylic and wood name plates, luggage tags, and acrylic name tags can all carry your custom design through the whole day, so everything feels cohesive and intentional.

How the custom design process works

Here’s what to expect, so nothing slips through the cracks:

1. Share your vision. Send us your inspiration — Pinterest boards, invitation suite, venue photos, color swatches. Whether you’re marrying at a garden venue in Phoenix, a resort in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley, or up in Sedona, we design with your setting in mind.
2. We design, you review. You’ll see artwork proofs before anything is produced. This is your moment to tweak wording, fonts, and layout until it feels exactly right.
3. You approve, we produce. Once you approve final artwork, your pieces go into production. (Because custom items are made just for you, they’re non-refundable after approval — which is exactly why we make sure you love the proof first. If a print error happens that wasn’t in your approved artwork, we absorb the reprint cost.)
4. Pickup, delivery, or shipping. Arizona couples can will-call from one of our locations, or add delivery, setup, and pickup at your venue. Destination couples marrying outside Arizona? We ship custom-made signage and personalized goods anywhere in the U.S.

Timing-wise, simple custom signs like a signature drink sign can be designed, produced, and shipped or delivered within two days of artwork approval; mid-complexity pieces like menus, table numbers, and welcome signs typically take about seven days; and fully fabricated pieces like custom-built seating charts can take several weeks. For Arizona couples, we intentionally print seating chart cards two days before the wedding so last-minute guest changes don’t cause a panic.
