  • Can I Rent Wedding Signage in Arizona Instead of Buying It?

Can I Rent Wedding Signage in Arizona Instead of Buying It?

Yes — you can absolutely rent wedding signage instead of buying it, and for many of the pieces you only need for a single day, renting is the smarter, more affordable-luxury choice. We letter and print rental signage in-house, then deliver, set up, and pick it up (as add-on services) at venues across Arizona, so you get the polished look without owning a garage full of signs afterward.

If you’re the kind of couple who has pinned every welcome sign, seating chart, and bar menu you’ve ever loved, you’re exactly who we built our rentals for. The goal is simple: bring your vision to life, protect your budget, and take the day-of stress off your plate. Here’s how renting actually works, and how to decide what to rent versus keep forever.

What can I rent versus what should I buy?

Rentals shine for pieces that do their job for one day and don’t carry your name in a keepsake way — think structural welcome signs, bar and mirror signs, and the display side of a seating chart or escort display. You get a beautifully lettered, high-quality piece for the celebration without paying to own it.

Custom-made and personalized goods — menus, programs, program fans, name and place cards, luggage tags, and anything printed with your names or wedding date — are made just for you, so those are yours to keep. We lean toward fabric and keepsake signs and guestbook alternatives as the pieces worth owning, because they become lasting mementos long after the last dance.

A lovely middle path: rent the big framework and buy the small, sentimental details. Many couples rent the escort display structure and welcome-sign setup, then keep a fabric welcome sign or a keepsake guestbook alternative for their home.

What materials are available for rental signage?

We work in acrylic, mirror, wood, and fabric, and each has its moment. Acrylic is thick and durable — a real quality differentiator — and it comes in clear, frosted, colored, opaque colored, solid opaque (painted solid in color), and pearlized finishes. Frosted acrylic is one of our most-requested styles for that soft, elevated look.

Fabric and ribbon are gorgeous for welcome signs and bar signs, adding warmth and movement that photograph beautifully in the Arizona light. We love pairing acrylic with fabric or with mirror for depth and texture. For lasting pieces, fabric and keepsake signs tend to be the ones couples treasure most.

How does the seating chart and escort display work as a rental?

This is where honesty matters: we design, letter, and print your seating chart and escort display beautifully — that’s our craft. The physical display walls and shelves are fabricated by a trusted partner, so we coordinate the whole look while the structure comes together seamlessly. You get one cohesive, gorgeous escort display without juggling multiple vendors yourself.

Do you deliver rental signage, or do I pick it up?

Both options exist. Delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services, and we travel statewide — from the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix to The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, up to Sedona and Northern Arizona, and down to Tucson. If you’d rather save on those services, you’re welcome to will-call your rental pieces from one of our locations.

One important note: rental pieces and our delivery and setup service stay within Arizona. If you’re a destination couple marrying here, we’ve got you covered on the ground. Custom-made signage and personalized goods can ship out of state, but rentals do not ship.

Can I mix rentals with fully custom details?

Yes, and this is where the fun begins. Beyond signage, we create custom details that make a day feel unmistakably yours: laser engraving on vow books, luggage tags, journals, champagne flutes, wine bottles, charcuterie boards, wood bottle openers, and more. Renting your big-ticket signage frees up budget for those personal touches, so nothing about your day feels compromised.

Whether you rent, buy, or blend both, the aim is the same — affordable luxury and genuine peace of mind.

    A warm wrap-up

Renting wedding signage lets you have the elevated, Pinterest-worthy look without the DIY stress or the leftover clutter. Rent the pieces that serve the day, keep the details that hold your story, and let us handle the lettering, printing, and (if you’d like) the delivery and setup. When you’re ready to talk through what to rent versus keep, The Details and Story Co. is here to bring your vision to life across the Valley and all of Arizona.

    Frequently asked questions

Can rental signage be shipped out of state?

No. Rental pieces and our delivery and setup service stay within Arizona. If you're an out-of-state couple, custom-made signage and personalized goods can ship to you, but rentals do not ship.

What's the difference between renting and buying a seating chart?

We design, letter, and print your seating chart and escort display either way. When you rent, the display walls and shelves — fabricated by our trusted partner — are returned afterward, while personalized printed pieces made for you are yours to keep.

Is delivery and setup included when I rent?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services, not automatically included. You're also welcome to will-call your rental pieces from one of our locations to save on those services.

What acrylic finishes can I choose for rental signage?

Our acrylic is thick and durable and comes in clear, frosted, colored, opaque colored, solid opaque (painted solid in color), and pearlized finishes. Frosted is one of our most-requested styles.

Can I rent some signs and buy others?

Absolutely. Many couples rent the larger framework pieces like welcome signs and escort displays, then keep sentimental fabric or keepsake pieces and personalized details as lasting mementos.

  • Can I Pick Up My Wedding Signs Locally, or Do They Need to Be Shipped?

Can I Pick Up My Wedding Signs Locally, or Do They Need to Be Shipped?

Yes — if you’re marrying in Arizona, you can absolutely pick up your wedding signs locally by will-call from one of our locations, and we also offer delivery, setup, and pickup as add-on services if you’d rather not lift a finger. Shipping is available too, but it’s most useful for couples who live outside Arizona and want their custom pieces to arrive at home.

Here in the Valley of the Sun, we know how much your wedding weekend has on it already. So we built flexibility into how your details reach you — because getting your welcome sign, seating chart, and place cards into the right hands should be one of the easiest parts of the whole plan.

    The local pickup (will-call) option

If you’re getting married anywhere across Greater Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, or the East and West Valley — or you’re traveling in for a Sedona, Northern Arizona, or Tucson celebration — you’re welcome to will-call your finished pieces from one of our locations. This is a favorite for hands-on couples who want to see everything in person, tuck it into the car, and keep it close. It’s also a lovely no-fuss choice for smaller orders like place cards, menus, or a single welcome sign.

A quick, honest note on our thicker acrylic signs: because our acrylic is genuinely thick and durable — a real quality differentiator, not a flimsy sheet — larger frosted, colored, or pearlized panels have some weight and heft to them. If you’re picking up a big seating-chart panel or an escort display piece, plan for a vehicle with a little room and a blanket to keep the surface pristine on the drive.

Prefer not to handle it yourself? Choose delivery and setup

Many of our detail-obsessed couples would rather hand the whole thing off, and that’s exactly why delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services within Arizona. We’ll bring your signage to the venue, arrange it just the way we designed it with you, and — if you’d like — return afterward to collect any rental pieces. Think of it as taking one more thing off your plate so the day feels like peace of mind rather than a to-do list.

Because these are add-on services (not automatically bundled into package pricing), just let us know early and we’ll build them into your quote. That way there are no surprises, only calm.

What about shipping — and what can and can’t ship?

For couples who live outside Arizona but are marrying here — or who simply want their keepsakes at home first — we offer out-of-state shipping for custom-made signage and personalized goods. That includes the pieces meant to last: a laser-engraved vow book, luggage tags, or a keepsake sign you’ll hang long after the wedding.

One important distinction we always want to be upfront about: rental pieces and our delivery/setup service stay within Arizona. Rentals don’t ship — they need to come home to us — so if you’re an out-of-state couple, plan for custom-made and personalized items to travel, while rental decor is handled here on the ground.

Which signs make the best keepsakes to take home?

If you’re picking up or shipping pieces to keep, lean toward the details built to last. Fabric and keepsake signs make wonderful guestbook alternatives you’ll want to frame, and fabric or ribbon welcome and bar signs carry beautifully. On the personalized side, our specialty production shines: laser engraving on vow books, journals, champagne flutes, charcuterie boards, and wood bottle openers turns a small detail into something you’ll hold onto for years. We can even bring texture to life with raised-texture UV printing — the fur on your pet, the salt rim on a margarita, the orange-rind garnish on a cocktail — details worth keeping close.

    Planning your timing

Whether you’re picking up locally or shipping across state lines, the friendliest thing you can do is talk timeline with us early. Local will-call couples can usually grab pieces in the days before the wedding; shipped orders need a little more runway so your custom goods arrive with room to spare. We’ll map it all out together.

At The Details and Story Co., our goal is simple: to bring your vision to life as affordable luxury and get every last detail to you the easiest way possible — by your hands, ours, or a carefully packed box on your doorstep. Tell us where you’re getting married and how you’d like your pieces delivered, and we’ll take it from there.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I pick up my wedding signs in person?

Yes. If you're marrying in Arizona, you can will-call your finished pieces from one of our locations — a great option for hands-on couples or smaller orders like place cards and menus.

Do you deliver and set up signage at the venue?

We do, within Arizona, as add-on services. Delivery, setup, and pickup aren't bundled into package pricing, so just let us know early and we'll include them in your quote.

Can you ship my wedding signs out of state?

Yes — we offer out-of-state shipping for custom-made signage and personalized goods so they can arrive at your home. Rental pieces and delivery/setup service, however, stay within Arizona and do not ship.

Is there anything to know about picking up large acrylic signs?

Our acrylic is thick and durable, so larger frosted, colored, or pearlized panels have real weight. Plan for a vehicle with room and a blanket to protect the surface during transport.

How far in advance should I arrange pickup or shipping?

Talk timeline with us early. Local will-call couples can usually collect pieces in the days before the wedding, while shipped orders need extra runway to arrive with room to spare.

  • How Much Do Custom Wedding Sign Packages Cost in Arizona?

How Much Do Custom Wedding Sign Packages Cost in Arizona?

Custom wedding signage packages in Arizona typically range from around $150 for a single custom piece (like a welcome sign or a small acrylic seating chart) up to $1,500 or more for a coordinated collection covering your welcome sign, escort display, bar signs, menus, and place cards. Where you land inside that range depends on how many pieces you need, the materials you choose, and how much of the design is fully custom versus rental — and I’ll walk you through all of it below so there are no surprises.

At The Details and Story Co., I believe pricing should feel as calm and clear as the rest of your planning. So let’s take the mystery out of it. My goal is always affordable luxury — bringing your vision to life without the DIY stress or the sticker shock.

    What actually drives the price

A few honest factors move the number more than anything else:

    • Material. Our acrylic is thick and durable — a real quality differentiator you can feel the moment you pick it up — and it comes in clear, frosted, colored, solid opaque, opaque colored, and pearlized finishes. Fabric, ribbon, mirror, and wood each carry their own cost. Frosted and colored acrylic tend to sit above basic paper goods; fabric and ribbon are beautiful, budget-friendly choices for welcome and bar signs.
    • How custom it is. A rental piece we re-letter for you costs less than a fully bespoke design made from scratch. Complex calligraphy and intricate printing are coordinated through trusted vendors, which can add to the timeline and the price.
    • Quantity and size. One large welcome sign is simple. A hundred hand-lettered place cards, program fans, and menus is a bigger production.
    • Specialty production. Raised-texture UV printing, laser engraving, 3D printing, and heat-press work are gorgeous, elevated touches — and they add to the cost because of the craft involved. A bonus of selecting the Elevated or the Full Story tiers already include some of these upgrades!
    • Rental versus custom-made. Renting a piece is easier on the budget; keeping a custom keepsake forever is an investment in something lasting.

Ballpark ranges by piece and package

Every wedding is different, but here are honest starting points to help you plan.

What you’re pricing Typical starting range
Single custom sign (welcome, bar, mirror, acrylic, wood, fabric) ~$150–$450
Seating-chart or escort display lettering & printing ~$200–$600+
Paper & acrylic goods (menus, programs, place cards, per set) ~$3–$12 per piece
Specialty pieces (laser-engraved, UV raised-texture, heat-press) quoted per project
Full detail & decor rental packages (tiered or custom) scales with your guest count and vision

Our detail and decor rental packages come in three tiers — The Foundation, The Elevated, and The Full Story — or we build something fully custom for you. Please note: delivery, setup, and pickup are add-on services, not baked into package pricing. Many couples happily will-call from one of our locations to save.

Smart ways to save without cutting quality

You never have to choose between beautiful and affordable. A few of my favorite strategies:

    • Rent the statement pieces, keep the keepsakes. Rent your larger structural signage, then invest custom dollars into a fabric welcome sign or a guestbook alternative you’ll keep forever. Fabric and mirror pair beautifully with acrylic for exactly this reason.
    • Mix materials thoughtfully. A fabric or ribbon welcome sign delivers a lush look for less than large-format acrylic.
    • Concentrate the splurge. Put your specialty budget where guests linger — a laser-engraved detail or a raised-texture UV print that captures the fur on your pet, the salt rim on a margarita, or the orange-rind garnish on your signature cocktail. These small moments feel like magic.
    • Will-call instead of delivery. Skipping the delivery and setup add-on trims the total when your day-of logistics allow.
    • Destination couples: if you’re marrying at a venue like Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix or The Wigwam in Litchfield Park from out of state, we can have all sorts of custom-made signage and personalized goods ready for you at your hotel upon arrival and coordinate rentals within Arizona so you’re not worrying about how you’re going to ship or transport these beautiful details.

If you’re getting married in a other state other than Arizona and love our work, we’ll work with you and create custom items and paper goods for you and ship those to your location. Rentals are not available for shipping.

    The honest bottom line

Exact numbers always come from a personalized quote, because your piece count, materials, and vision are uniquely yours. I’d genuinely love to hear what you’re dreaming up — send me your Pinterest board and your guest count, and we’ll build a plan that brings your vision to life with peace of mind and no pressure.

    Frequently asked questions

What's the cheapest way to get custom wedding signage in Arizona?

Renting statement pieces we re-letter for you, choosing fabric or ribbon signs over large-format acrylic, and will-calling from one of our locations instead of adding delivery and setup are all great ways to keep costs down without sacrificing quality.

Does the package price include delivery and setup?

No. Delivery, setup, and pickup are add-on services, never baked into package pricing. Many couples choose to will-call from one of our locations to save.

Can you ship signage to me if I'm planning a destination wedding in Arizona?

Yes — we ship custom-made signage and personalized goods to couples outside Arizona. Rental pieces and delivery/setup service remain within Arizona.

    What specialty options cost extra?

Elevated touches like raised-texture UV printing, laser engraving, 3D-printed favors and cake toppers, and heat-press customization are quoted per project because of the craft involved. They're worth concentrating your splurge on for moments guests will remember.

How do I get an exact price?

Exact numbers come from a personalized quote based on your piece count, materials, and vision. Send us your Pinterest board and guest count and we'll build a plan with no pressure.

  • Can I Get Personalized Wedding Signs Shipped Outside of Arizona?

Can I Get Personalized Wedding Signs Shipped Outside of Arizona?

Yes — we can ship personalized wedding signs and paper goods outside of Arizona, so your vision travels wherever you’re saying “I do.” While our home base is in the Valley of the Sun and we travel statewide for delivery, setup, and pickup, plenty of your favorite pieces can also be carefully packed and shipped to you.

If you fell in love with our work while planning an Arizona celebration — or you simply found us and want that affordable-luxury look for a wedding elsewhere — you don’t have to live nearby to bring your vision to life. Here’s exactly how it works, and what to keep in mind so your details arrive beautifully.

What can be shipped versus what we deliver locally

Many of our most-loved pieces are wonderfully shippable: welcome signs, seating charts, escort cards, menus, programs and program fans, place cards, name plates, luggage tags, and acrylic name tags. Lightweight and flat pieces travel especially well, and our acrylic is thick and durable — a quality difference you can feel — so it holds up beautifully in transit when packed with care.

What we handle locally rather than by mail are the hands-on services: delivery, on-site setup, and pickup. Those are add-on services offered around Arizona, so for weddings out of state you’ll receive your signs to place yourself (or hand off to your planner or coordinator). For seating-chart and escort displays, remember that we design, letter, and print the signage itself; the display walls and shelves are fabricated by a trusted partner, so those larger structures are best arranged for local celebrations.

How the process works from a distance

Working together across state lines is smoother than you might expect. We finalize your design digitally — colors, wording, fonts, and layout — and confirm proofs with you before anything is printed or produced. Because we can offer clear acrylic, frosted acrylic, colored acrylic, solid opaque painted pieces, pearlized acrylic, mirror, and fabric, we’ll talk through which finish suits both your look and the realities of shipping. Fabric and ribbon signs, for example, are a lovely, lightweight choice for welcome signs and bar signs, and fabric keepsake pieces make wonderful lasting mementos long after the day.

    Which pieces travel best

Acrylic and paper goods ship well when flat and protected. Frosted and colored acrylic name cards, menus, and luggage tags are compact and durable. We also create specialty details worth planning ahead for: laser engraving on vow books, luggage tags, journals, champagne flutes, wine bottles, charcuterie boards, and wood bottle openers; 3D-printed custom favors and cake toppers; and raised-texture UV printing that brings the details to life — the fur on your pet, the salt rim on a margarita, the orange-rind garnish on a cocktail. Heavier or more fragile keepsakes simply need a little extra lead time and thoughtful packing.

    Planning your timeline and budget

Give shipped orders extra runway. Production time plus transit means we like to build in a comfortable cushion so nothing feels rushed near your date. Shipping costs are quoted based on size, weight, and destination, and they’re separate from your design and production pricing — the same way our local delivery and setup are add-ons rather than baked into package costs. Ordering your pieces together in one shipment, when timing allows, is often the most budget-friendly path.

    A note for destination couples

We love a resourceful plan. If you’re marrying at a beloved Arizona spot like Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix or The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, we can deliver and set up locally. If your celebration lives elsewhere, we’ll help you decide what to ship, what to will-call before you travel, and how to pack keepsakes in your luggage so your details make the journey safely.

Let’s bring your vision to life, wherever you’re celebrating

Whether your wedding is in Scottsdale, Sedona, Tucson, or across the country, The Details and Story Co. can help you plan pieces that ship beautifully and arrive ready to shine. Reach out with your date, your destination, and a few of your Pinterest favorites, and we’ll map out a timeline that gives you peace of mind.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you ship personalized wedding signs outside of Arizona?

Yes. Many of our pieces — including welcome signs, seating charts, escort cards, menus, programs, place cards, and luggage tags — can be carefully packed and shipped outside of Arizona. Delivery, setup, and pickup are local add-on services offered around the state.

    How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and it's separate from your design and production pricing. Ordering pieces together in one shipment, when timing allows, is often the most budget-friendly option.

How far in advance should I order if my pieces need to ship?

We recommend extra lead time for shipped orders so production and transit never feel rushed. Reach out early with your date and destination, and we'll build a comfortable timeline around it.

Can you ship a seating-chart display too?

We design, letter, and print the seating-chart and escort display signage, but the display walls and shelves are fabricated by a trusted partner. Those larger structures are best arranged for Arizona celebrations, while the printed signage itself can be shipped.

Which pieces travel best by mail?

Flat, lightweight pieces like acrylic and paper goods ship especially well, and our acrylic is thick and durable. Fragile or heavier keepsakes — such as engraved glassware or 3D-printed items — simply need extra lead time and thoughtful packing.

  • Wedding Signage Rental Packages in Phoenix, Arizona: A Simple Guide to Our Three Tiers

Wedding Signage Rental Packages in Phoenix, Arizona: A Simple Guide to Our Three Tiers

We offer wedding signage and detail rentals in three tiered packages — The Foundation, The Elevated, and The Full Story — plus a fully custom option, so you can rent as little or as much as your day calls for. Signage can be rented on its own or made custom to keep, and we travel throughout the Valley of the Sun and statewide.

If you’ve been pinning welcome signs, seating charts, and pretty little place cards for months, you already know how quickly “just a few details” adds up — in cost, in time, and in day-of stress. Our packages exist to give you that curated, cohesive look without the DIY spiral. Here’s how they work and how to choose the right fit.

What signage rental packages actually are

A rental package is a thoughtfully grouped collection of signage and details, offered at three levels so you can match the scope to your vision and your budget. Renting is the affordable-luxury path: you get the elevated look for the day, we handle setup logistics as an add-on, and you don’t end up with a garage full of signs you’ll never use again.

Every package can be personalized — we letter and print in-house, so your names, colors, and wording feel like yours, not a template.

    The three tiers

    • The Foundation — the essentials that anchor a cohesive look: think welcome signage and the core wayfinding pieces that greet your guests and set the tone.
    • The Elevated — everything in the foundation, layered with more of the details that make people slow down and notice: coordinated seating or escort display pieces, bar signage, and additional accents.
    • The Full Story — the most complete collection, for couples who want the whole visual narrative carried from the welcome sign all the way to the last table detail.

If none of the tiers fits exactly, we build fully custom — you’re never boxed in.

    Materials worth understanding

The feel of your signage comes down to material, and this is where a little knowledge goes a long way:

    • Acrylic is our workhorse for a modern, polished look — and ours is genuinely thick and durable, not flimsy. We offer clear, frosted, colored, solid opaque (painted solid in color), opaque colored, and pearlized acrylic.
    • Fabric and ribbon bring softness and movement, and they’re beautiful for welcome signs and bar signs.
    • Mirror adds a classic, reflective elegance and pairs wonderfully with acrylic.
    • Linen and lace signs give a heirloom, textured warmth.

A favorite pairing is acrylic with fabric or mirror — the crisp with the soft. When you want a lasting piece to take home, we often steer you toward fabric or keepsake signs and guestbook alternatives, since those become mementos rather than rentals.

    Rental vs. custom-to-keep

Some pieces make perfect sense to rent — display structures, larger signage you won’t reuse. Others you’ll want forever. A quick note on our escort display and seating charts: we design, letter, and print those beautifully, while the display walls and shelves themselves are fabricated by our trusted partner. That way your names look impeccable and the structure is sound.

And if you love the idea of details that live on well past the reception, we can add personalized keepsakes: laser engraving on vow books, luggage tags, journals, champagne flutes, wine bottles, charcuterie boards, and wood bottle openers, to name a few.

A note for local and destination couples

Whether you’re marrying at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, or somewhere in Sedona or Tucson, we travel statewide. Delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services, or you’re welcome to will-call from one of our locations if you’d rather handle transport yourself.

    Your sensible next step

Start by gathering your inspiration — your Pinterest board, your colors, your venue, and a rough guest count. From there, reach out to The Details and Story Co. and we’ll help you match a tier (or design fully custom) so we can bring your vision to life with peace of mind, and take the details off your plate.

    Frequently asked questions

What signage rental packages do you offer in Phoenix, Arizona?

We offer three tiers — The Foundation, The Elevated, and The Full Story — plus a fully custom option. Each can be personalized with your names, colors, and wording, since we letter and print in-house.

Can I rent signage, or does it have to be custom-made to keep?

Both. Signage is available as a rental or custom-made to keep. Larger display pieces often make sense to rent, while fabric, keepsake, and guestbook-alternative signs are lovely to hold onto. We can guide you on which is which for your day.

What materials can my rental signage be made from?

Options include thick, durable acrylic (clear, frosted, colored, solid opaque, opaque colored, and pearlized), fabric and ribbon, mirror, and linen and lace. Acrylic pairs beautifully with fabric or mirror for a mix of crisp and soft.

Do you deliver and set up the signage, and do you travel outside Phoenix?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services, or you can will-call from one of our locations. We travel throughout the Valley of the Sun and statewide, including Sedona, Northern Arizona, and Tucson.

Do you build the seating chart and escort display walls?

We design, letter, and print your seating-chart and escort display signage in-house. The display walls and shelves themselves are fabricated by our trusted partner, so your lettering looks impeccable and the structure is sound.

  • Wedding Signage Package Options in Arizona: A Simple Guide for Detail-Obsessed Couples

Wedding Signage Package Options in Arizona: A Simple Guide for Detail-Obsessed Couples

If you’ve been saving signage inspiration to a Pinterest board for months, you already know how much the details matter — a welcome sign that greets your guests, a seating chart that sets the tone, the little name cards that make everyone feel personally thought of. The good news? You don’t have to DIY any of it, and you don’t have to overpay for luxury either. At The Details and Story Co., we design, letter, and print signage that brings your vision to life across Arizona, and we offer it in a way that fits how you actually want to plan.

Here’s a warm, honest walk-through of the signage options available to you.

Three tiered decor packages (or fully custom)

Most couples start with one of our three detail and decor rental tiers, then add signage on top — or build a fully custom package if your vision is very specific.

    • The Foundation — the essentials done beautifully, for couples who want a polished, cohesive look without a long list of extras.
    • The Elevated — a fuller layer of details for couples who want more of their vision reflected across the day.
    • The Full Story — the most complete offering, for the couple who wants every touchpoint to feel intentional.

This is where our destination and out-of-state couples especially thrive: we’re resourceful about stretching a budget so your affordable-luxury vision lands, wherever in Arizona you’re marrying. And if none of the tiers fit exactly, we build fully custom.

    Rental versus custom-made signage

Every sign can go one of two ways:

    • Rental — a beautiful, budget-friendly path for pieces you don’t need to keep, like a seating chart or an escort display.
    • Custom-made — yours to keep forever, ideal for the pieces that become keepsakes.

We often steer couples toward keeping their fabric and keepsake signs — a linen or lace welcome sign, a guestbook alternative — as the lasting pieces, while renting the more functional signage.

The materials, and how we like to pair them

This is where the fun begins. A few of the signage materials we work in:

    • Acrylic — thick, durable, and genuinely high quality. We offer clear, frosted, solid opaque (painted solid in color), opaque colored, and pearlized acrylic. Our UV-printed acrylic signs are a favorite for a crisp, modern look.
    • Fabric, linen, and lace — soft, romantic, and perfect for welcome signs and bar signs. Linen and lace signs feel especially at home in Sedona and Northern Arizona settings.
    • Mirror & Frames — elegant and reflective, lovely for seating charts and welcome signs.
    • Wood — warm and grounded, wonderful for name plates and rustic-leaning celebrations.

A quick styling note from us: we love pairing acrylic with fabric or mirrors for depth and contrast. We don’t pair acrylic with wood — they pull in different directions — so if you love both, we’ll help you choose lanes that feel cohesive.

Signage and paper goods you can add

Beyond the big statement signs, we offer:

    • Welcome signs and bar or mirror/frame signs
    • Seating charts and escort displays
    • Menus, programs, and program fans
    • Name and place cards, name plates (acrylic and wood), luggage tags, and acrylic name tags, etc.

One honest note on displays: we letter and print your seating-chart and escort display, but the display walls and shelves themselves are fabricated by a trusted partner. That way you get beautiful lettering and a sturdy, well-made structure.

Specialty touches that make it yours

If you want details no one else will have, this is our favorite part. Our raised-texture UV printing brings detail to life — the fur on a couple’s pet, the salt rim on a margarita, the orange-rind garnish on a cocktail. We also offer laser engraving on vow books, luggage tags, journals, champagne flutes, wine bottles, charcuterie boards, wood bottle openers, and more.

    Getting it to your venue

We travel statewide — from the Greater Phoenix area to Sedona, Northern Arizona, and Tucson. Delivery, setup, and pickup are available as add-on services (they aren’t automatically included in package pricing), or you’re welcome to will-call from one of our locations if you’d rather handle transport yourself. Whether you’re celebrating at Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix or The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, we’ll help you plan the logistics for peace of mind.
